See your responses

Read answers, export them, and delete them.

Press Responses in the form editor to see how many answers you have, whether the form is open, and the latest answer.

Each response shows its time and answers. It also shows the person’s name and email if the form is set to show who answered. Otherwise, it says Anonymous.

Export to a spreadsheet

Press Download CSV to get every response in a file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers. The name and email columns are only included if the form shows who answered.

Delete a response

Press Delete on a response. This can’t be undone.

Spam

Each address can send up to 20 responses an hour to a form. To stop unwanted answers, turn off Accept responses, or require a Tarylem account.
