If your account is suspended

What a suspension means and what to do about it.

We may suspend an account that breaks the terms or puts others at risk. We’ll email you the reason, and you’ll also see it when you try to sign in.

What happens

• You’re signed out everywhere and can’t sign in.
• Your forms stop accepting answers and show as unavailable.
• Your Atmos share links stop working.

Nothing is deleted. If the suspension is lifted, you can sign in again and everything comes back. We’ll email you when that happens.

If you think it’s a mistake

Email support@tarylem.com from the address on your account, and tell us what happened.

That’s also how to ask for your account or data to be deleted while it’s suspended, since you can’t sign in to do it yourself.
