Answer or report a form

What to know before answering, and how to report a bad form.

Forms are made by Tarylem users, not by Tarylem.

Never enter your password or payment details in a form. We will never ask you for them that way.

Who sees your answers

The person who made the form can read your answers. Whether they see your name depends on the form, and it tells you before you answer. If it says so, they see your name and email.

Report a form

1. Press Report this form at the bottom of the form.
2. Choose a reason: phishing, spam, harassment, illegal content, or something else.
3. Add any details that help, and send it.

You don’t need an account to report a form, and the person who made it doesn’t see who reported it.

We review every report. If a form breaks the rules, we remove it and tell the owner why.

If your form was removed

The editor shows the reason. You keep the form and its responses, but it stops working for everyone. If you think it’s a mistake, email support@tarylem.com.
