Make a form

Build a form and share it with a link.

Anyone with a Tarylem account can make forms at forms.tarylem.com.

  1. Press New form.
  2. Give it a title and, if you like, a description.
  3. Fill in your first question, and press Add question for more.
  4. Press Copy link and send it to people.

Your changes save by themselves as you go.

Question types

Short answer A line of text
Paragraph Longer text
Multiple choice One option
Checkboxes Any number of options
Dropdown One option from a list
Number A number
Email An email address
Date A date

Tick Required on a question if people have to answer it.

Limits

  • 100 forms per account
  • 100 questions per form
  • 10,000 responses per form

To remove a form and all its responses, press Delete form in the editor.

Never ask for passwords or payment details in a form. Forms that do can be removed, and your account can be suspended.
