Storage

Check how much space you have, and free some up.

The bar at the bottom of the sidebar shows how much of your storage you’re using. Your limit comes from your invite.

Running out of space

If a file won’t fit, you’ll see “There isn’t enough storage left for this file”. To free up space:

1. Delete files you don’t need.
2. Empty your trash, since items there still count.

If you need more, ask the person who invited you.

“Uploads are paused right now”

This means the server itself is low on space, not your account. Try again later, and contact us if it keeps happening.
